Im pretty happy with their effort, the old that died of old age was nearly 3 and a half, bloody good innings for a rat! yep I loved every second with them. some people say yuck their just rats, but they dont understand what fantastic and loving creatures that they are

ive had a great time educating everyone. When i told my mum i was getting rats she freaked. Now she loves them and lets them run all over her. Do you have photos of yours?

Not on here as yet, got some on my facebook page though. I know what you mean, I got my first ones about 20 yrs ago and my parents freaked out aswell, then within a week dad was loving them but mum was still a bit iffy about them, so I bought her a guinea pig which she treated like a third child!!! she finally took to rats aswell.
